Dr. Nicholas Schneider named 2022 Dairy Quality Veterinarian of the Year
We want to congratulate Dr. Nicholas Schneider, of Pipestone, Minnesota, who is the recipient of the Dairy Quality Center’s 2022 Dairy Quality Veterinarian of the Year award. Dr. Schneider earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, where he focused on being a dairy veterinarian. Upon graduation, Dr. Schneider set off to Colorado to pursue his passion for dairy veterinary medicine. He eventually started his own practice, where he shares his time between the Front Range of Colorado and the Texas Panhandle, working with dairies and calf ranches. Dr. Schneider has been a certifying vet for the Verified Premium Plus (VPP) program for eight (8) years.
In honor of this award, DQC and Diamond V will make a $1,000 donation in Dr. Schneider’s name to the Colorado State University dairy judging program.
We can’t thank our VPP certified producers and veterinarians enough for your commitment to continuous improvement for the betterment of our US milk and beef supply. We recognize and appreciate your constant dedication.
